About Serita
I am a passionate and dedicated Afrikaans Foundation Phase teacher with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and an Honours Degree in Education. I teach Mathematics, Home Language, First Additional Language and Life Skills, and I have a strong passion for working with young learners during these important formative years.
My teaching style is learner-centred, creative and interactive. I believe that children learn best when they are actively involved, encouraged to explore and given opportunities to learn through practical experiences. I strive to create a positive, welcoming and engaging environment where every learner feels safe, valued, supported and motivated to participate.
