Welcome to my yoga practice! I’m Zindgee Patel, a certified yoga instructor with over 6 years of experience in guiding students on their journey to physical and mental well-being. I specialize in Vinyasa, Hatha, and restorative yoga, and I offer a variety of classes that cater to all levels.
