About Pascale

I believe every young person deserves to feel confident in their abilities and to know that their voice matters. My passion for teaching comes from seeing pupils grow in confidence, overcome challenges and discover that they are capable of more than they thought possible. As a mum of three boys, I understand that every learner is unique, and I bring patience, empathy and flexibility to every lesson.

My career has included leading English and ESOL departments, supporting schools and businesses to create positive environments for people who use English as an additional language, and working closely with local councils as an SEN tutor to help pupils successfully reintegrate into education. Living and volunteering overseas has also given me valuable insight into the experiences of learners from different backgrounds and cultures.

I hold a BA (Hons) in Creative Writing, Cultural and Media Studies and a Level 5 Trinity TESOL qualification. Above all, I want my pupils to leave each lesson feeling more confident, more independent and excited about what they can achieve. Whether you're looking to strengthen your English, prepare for exams or simply build confidence, I'll work alongside you to help you reach your goals.

About the lesson

My teaching is centred on the belief that every young person learns differently. I create a supportive, engaging environment where pupils feel heard, valued and confident to take risks with their learning. By tailoring each lesson to individual needs, strengths and goals, I help pupils overcome barriers, develop independence and build lasting confidence in their English skills. Whether supporting learners with SEN, English as an additional language, or those aiming for academic excellence, I combine high expectations with patience, encouragement and practical strategies. Strong relationships, collaboration and a genuine understanding of each pupil are at the heart of everything I do.

I hold a BA (Hons) in Creative Writing, Cultural and Media Studies and a Level 5 Trinity TESOL qualification, bringing both academic expertise and specialist training in English language teaching to every lesson.
