About Laura

I love languages and how they can shape your view of the world. A friend once told me: once you learn another language, you take on another soul.

Besides being a qualified teacher, I am also a writer - I love creativity and writing helps me to unlock mine.

I am fully qualified and experienced in teaching English. I will try my best to ensure the best experience possible for you.

About the lesson

My approach is simple: the purpose of language is communication. I will help you to achieve this purpose in English. We will work with your goals - if you want to focus on vocabulary, I can help you. If you are struggling with grammar, I can help you. A typical lesson will be 50 minutes, however if you'd like a shorter or longer lesson we can discuss this.
I am employed full time as an English teacher - I also tutor regularly.
I am qualified by Trinity College (TESOL) which is the equivalent of the Cambridge CELTA.
My lessons are for any age and level.
