Hi, I'm April! I'm a certified Hatha and Somatic Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic wellness guide, and plant-based chef based in Costa Rica. I help people reconnect to their bodies and feel balanced through yoga, self-care, and healing food. Whether you're looking for gentle movement, personalized wellness support, or nourishing recipes, I offer a calm, supportive space for you to grow. My approach is heart-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in natural healing traditions.

Welcome! I offer online private or group yoga classes designed to help you release tension, reconnect to your body, and feel grounded in your daily life.
I’m a certified yoga teacher specializing in Hatha Yoga and Somatic movement, with a focus on nervous system regulation, gentle strength, and deep self-awareness. My classes are perfect for all levels—whether you're a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice.
What you’ll experience in class:
A safe, supportive space to move at your own pace
Gentle postures blended with breath and mindful movement
Guided body awareness practices to release held tension
Options for strength-building, mobility, and deep relaxation
I also integrate Ayurvedic wisdom when helpful, offering seasonal tips or post-class rituals to support your unique mind-body type (dosha).
