I've been a yoga teacher since 2016. I trained with John and Chris Yax of Yax Yoga Concepts in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I've taught with Power for Life Fitness, in schools, and virtually through my own virtual studio, "Yūgen Yoga".

I am trauma-informed. My classes follow a progression of movement that allows that body to open up naturally and safely, working up to pinnacle poses designed to challenge and inspire students in their practice. I teach through the final resting pose, focusing on intention and breath.
