About Marcos
I started my professional career in Tourism, Food and Beverages, which helped me develop body fat, obesity, stress, long hours and bad habits and excesses such as alcohol and tobacco and thousands of excuses; All that was the pillar to decide to take control of my physical and mental well-being, now after 8 years in a career based on fitness and nutrition, I begin this stage of online training, simple, effective.

Physical training is the key to recovery and athletic development, however our sessions are online but they are not limited to sitting listening to me speak; All the studies, courses, and personal practice in functional training, crossfit, gymnastics, mobility and Yoga is my starting point, everything that works and discarding everything obsolete, sharing tools and the bases of all these practices giving you control at the end to establish your own practice and the knowledge necessary to break the rules.
