About Shadai
I am a Barbadian local living in Brazil who has helped over 50 persons achieve their ESL dreams and change their lives for the better during the past 5 years. Through helping my students lose their fear of learning English and opening their eyes to beauty of this wonderful and exciting process, we have achieved great things such as getting the job of their dreams, moving to the country of their dreams and/or simply being able to communicate effectively in English.

My classes are based on conversation and efficient communication with a strategic integration of essential grammatical rules and tricks which make the class fun and interactive. I first start off by working with my student to remove any fear or anxiety related to expressing oneself in English because the removal of this barrier allows for the student to truly flourish and absorb the material they need in order to develop. Once the person loses said fear, it is smooth sailing afterwards. I teach all levels and modify my teaching approach based on the capabilities and difficulties of each person. The use of articles, audios, videos, games and exercises are crucial in my classes in order to build on student-teacher interaction and train each communication skill. Anyone can learn a language because communication is the base of all human connection.
