About Paulina
From 1990, I started to explore the situation. Later I move to the Eastern Disciplines, in search of a deeper work and a greater awareness of the balance between mind, soul and body. He began the path of Iyengar yoga in 2004. At the center of the Iyengar Yoga Barcelona, by senior professor Jordi Martí, from that moment onward, he is increasingly dedicated to deepening his knowledge and illustrating the benefits of this technique. which are provided by the practice, complete the process of teacher training in 2012. After spending a year in India, I deepened my studies. Since 2016 I live and teach in Cologne.

Perfect! Paulina ist eine ausgezeichnete Lehrerin, ihre Klasse ist dimanisch und sehr lustig, ich habe viel Anatomie gelernt und mehr, ich wusste nicht, dass man im Yoga so viel lernen kann, ich werde weiterhin Unterricht mit ihr nehmen!
- Der Unterricht mit Inma lief sehr gut, wir haben einen Anfängerkurs von anderthalb Stunden gemacht und die Wahrheit ist, dass wir haben viel spaß gehabt! Machen dir immer weiter mit dieser Yogapraxis!Paulina's response :
Perfect! Paulina hat mir eine sehr schöne Yoga-Stunde gegeben. Ich bin noch ein Anfänger, sie hat den Unterricht aber sehr gut auf mich zugeschnitten.
Sie ist super freundlich und hat mir viele Tipps gegeben. Ich kann Paulina aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen!!! Ich werde bestimmt noch mal eine Yoga-Stunde bei ihr nehmen. In the application, my price per class is € 50, my classes last 75 minutes, on the other hand, if the student wants to come to my apartment, the lesson costs € 45. And finally, group tuition has the same price as private tuition, except that it can be divided by 5 or more people, so this is the most convenient and enjoyable way. Namaste
