About Aditi
Certified Yoga teacher RYS-500hrs TTC I’m Aditi, a passionate yoga teacher committed to helping students cultivate mindfulness, strength, and balance both on and off the mat. My journey with yoga began in Year 2022 and since then, I’ve been inspired to share the transformative power of this practice with others. My teaching style blends [Hatha, Ashtanga] yoga with a focus on breath, alignment, and creating a supportive environment for students of all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I aim to guide you in connecting with your body and mind. I believe yoga is for everyone, and I strive to create a space where everyone feels welcome and empowered. I can’t wait to practice with you!

My yoga classes are designed to cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you're looking to increase flexibility, reduce stress, or enhance your overall fitness, my classes offer a nurturing and supportive
environment to help you achieve your goals.
These classes are designed specifically for those who sit at a desk job, do a lot of traveling, or have mobility issues. Classes are taught from different spaces across Canada to show the benefits and possibilities of creating and building a consistent practice for yourself from anywhere.
I believe that yoga is a personal practice, and my goal is to help each student find their own path to physical and mental wellbeing through the practice of yoga.
