About Chloe
I have just returned home from doing my 200hr alignment yoga teacher training and 50 hr aerial teacher training in Thailand. Long ago I was bitten by the travel bug and have not stopped since. Four and a half years being an international flight attendant truly ignited my passion for yoga. I am also furthering my health and wellness journey by studying health and nutrition coaching. I have just started up a home yoga studio and I am looking for more opportunities to teach and gain experience.

My teaching method is a bit of a fusion. I incorporate alignment based postures with vinyasa and hatha styles of yoga as well as mindfulness and meditation techniques.
