My approach to teaching involves respecting a student for where they are at, assessing their strengths and learning needs, then creating goals together and working together to achieve said goals. I will help motivate my students through growth mindset, reinforcement systems, and rewards.

Details
It is important for students to have integrity about the schedules they set. As a teacher I am flexible, and I understand things come up, but it is imperative that students and parents are consistent, as my time is valuable. Two classes cancelled unexpectedly in one month could lead to permanent cancellation. Please communicate ahead of time to reschedule.
