About Nora
Hey, I’m 18 and a native German speaker from Germany. Right now I’m in New Zealand on a working holiday — I actually spent last year here as an exchange student too, so I know what it’s like to learn and live in a new language.
I’m fresh out of school myself, speak fluent English, and I love working with languages. That’s why I want to tutor: I get how confusing German can feel at first, and I’ll help you build solid foundations before we dive into lots of practice. My goal is to make German click for you through real conversations, practical exercises, and clear help with grammar and spelling.
If you want someone who understands both German and the process of learning a new language, I’d love to help you get confident.
I have a very flexible timetable so we will definitely find lesson times that fit your week.

We’ll start by locking in the foundations you need, then spend most of our time practicing: speaking, real-life situations, and fixing mistakes as we go. Active learning is the fastest way to improve, and I’ll also help you with grammar and spelling so you sound both correct and natural.
