About Brina

I love travelling and have caught the travel bug many years ago in 2012. Since then, I have become a real globetrotter and so-called digital nomad, that means I have combined two of my biggest passions: teaching - online - and travelling the world.

During my travels I have gained many exciting experiences. Once for example, I studied tour guiding in Sydney (Australia) whilst guiding my own dessert walking tour. It was a great job experience entertaining locals and tourists and teaching them interesting facts about chocolate and other delicacies (whilst eating them, haha).

Since then, I knew I wanted to become a teacher! So I gained my teaching certificate in 2015 and was then able to find a teaching position for something that I've been passionate about since I can think back: my native language German! For meanwhile 3 years, I've been teaching online while traveling and I am totally in love with my life and my job! Currently I'm traveling India, but that changes continuously.

Since I've started teaching online, I have literally conducted hundreds of online lessons to hundreds of students of all ages, origins and all levels, from A1 to C2. I love to teach German grammar in particular, but I have also held dozens of conversational and/or reading classes which is fun, too!

my name is Brina and I am passionate about teaching my native language German online to students from all around the globe.

I am a positive, out-going and sociable person who loves to meet new people and spread happiness. :)
I love to learn, try out new stuff and broaden my mind; and I enjoy even more sharing my knowledge and helping others. That's why I enjoy teaching so much!
