About Barbara

Born and raised in Italy, I graduated at La Sapienza University of Rome in Philosophy (Master's). Then I graduated in Theology in Los Angeles. I've been teaching Italian, Latin and Ancient Greek in the last 20 years. I'm also an awarded writer.
I prepare students for the B1 Citizenship test, and for the AP test. My rate of success is extremely high.

About the lesson

Seasoned Italian, Latin, Ancient Greek, and philosophy teacher.
My classes are very dynamic. I focus mainly on the language's logic. If we understand the process, the logic of a language, we'll assimilate it more deeply, and we'll never forget what we learned.

Barbara Saba is the best language teacher I’ve ever had, and I’ve studied Italian, Spanish, Hebrew and German. Her basis in Latin and knowledge of grammar helps so much when Learning conjugations and tenses, articles and parts of speech. She is also a fun and engaging person to be with and learn from! She makes learning enjoyable and exciting. I’ve already learned enough in just 2 months that we can have conversations in Italian. I can’t recommend her enough!
