About Lorena
Hi, I’m Lorena, a native German speaker with a strong passion for languages, teaching, and helping others grow in their learning journey. I was born and raised in Germany and now live in Cape Town, where I’m completing my Master’s degree in Physiology. I also have a background in Sports Science, which has taught me how to break down complex topics in a clear and motivating way — whether on the field or in the classroom. I’ve worked with learners of all ages and backgrounds, both in coaching and tutoring, and I truly enjoy adapting my lessons to each student’s unique goals and personality. Whether you're learning German for school, work, travel, or just for fun, I’m here to support you with patience, encouragement, and practical methods that really work. Outside of teaching, I love traveling, sports, and working on community projects — and I always bring positive energy into my sessions.
