About Sonja

My name is Sonja. I was born in Austria and lived in several countries of the world. Since I was a little child, I have been fascinated by other cultures and different languages. Each one has its own character and so does my personality. My way of thinking and my voice change depending on which language I speak. I love to connect with people from all over the world and help them building the bridge to German and Austria/Germany.

I have been working in the teaching field for more than six years and my current main occupation is teaching Yoga and writing a theater piece. I am curious like a child feeling most at home when I'm traveling.

In my free time I spend a lot of time in nature, mostly running and swimming. I love books and movies - always feel better when I have a good book with me. I am very interested in psychological topics, spirituality and obviously languages :)

About the lesson

The content of my lessons are a common creation between you and me, depending on your goals. Usually iI'm offering you a balanced mix between grammar and topics of YOUR interest and you want to talk about according to your level. No matter, if you are just passionate about gaining another skill for yourself or if you are working on a specific language goal, I will make sure you'll get what you want in your pace and most of all that you'll have fun while practicing.
After my experience of learning three other foreign languages,
speaking freely without fear is one of the most efficient keys to improve your language skills. Lass uns anfangen!
