About Michelle
I was born and raised in Connecticut, USA in a household that only spoke Spanish. Both of my parents are Colombian and made sure we learn their mother tongue while learning English.
I took French for more than 7 years and move to France for 2 years where I was able to teach children from ages 2-13 in small groups, classrooms and private session to adults in private one-on-one sessions as well.
I was able to teach in diverse circumstance which allowed me to adapt different teaching methods and quickly adjust to the students needs accordingly. Being able to speak other languages allows me to easier help students if they are not understand a concept or a word. Being a language student as well, I know first hand on what is expected of a tutor.
