About Sean
I have worked in the tourism industry for almost ten years now which has taken me to live in many different countries including Australia, New Zealand, brazil and Colombia. during my travels I volunteered as an English teacher and have been enjoying teaching English as a foreign language ever since!
I have been teaching English since 2017 and started teaching initially in Colombia as a volunteer for a wonderful charity which provided teachers to local schools to help poor students meet and learn from native English speakers.
I have recently returned to the UK after teaching English in Brazil to groups and privately for the past 6 months and will continue to teach English now that I am home. My group classes could be anywhere between 4 and 12 students and I still teach some of my private students via Skype and other online call applications.
I have helped students with their IELTS exams, assisted them with improving their pronunciation, improving knowledge of grammar, furthered their confidence to speak English in public places and to explore their capabilities in the language.
The majority of my teaching has required me to plan my own unique lessons instead of teaching out of textbooks so I am confident and skilled at planning an individual learning program to suit your skillset and interests.

I would say that I have a very personal teaching style and I like to tap into students interests to help them learn quicker and memorize information more effectively. I also like to share my own experiences and character for the same reason.
