About Alexander

I am a native English speaker, born and raised in Canada. I am new to teaching English but I am excited about the opportunity to help students in any way I can. I was an Honor Roll student throughout the school and I have several postsecondary degrees, including a Bachelor of Science degree in Hines Kinesiology with Joint Honors Psychology from the University of Waterloo (Canada), as well as a university degree in Massage Therapy (from Sutherland, Chan in Toronto). I had high English scores in high school and several teachers recommended that I follow English or language arts at a post-secondary level. I have experience working with international students and parents as a "Freshman Experience Leader" for the University of Waterloo, as I helped incoming undergraduate students with their momentous transition from high school to college. ~~~ I am a Native English speaker, born and raised in Canada. About the lesson

I am open to teaching the method that best suits the student's needs, whether through lessons, tutorials, homework help, games or conversation. I am more than willing to adapt the methodologies as necessary. I speak a little Spanish when I studied in high school (more than 8 years ago), but my main communication method will be English to benefit the student. ~~~ I am open to teaching whatever method best suits the student's needs, whether it is through lessons, tutorials, homework assistance, games, or conversation.
