About Santiago

Hello! My name is Santiago.
I am currently 15 years old and I am in the fourth semester of high school.

Throughout my life, I have shown great interest in and great aptitude for mathematics.
Since secondary school, I have participated in several Mathematics Olympiads. In my first participation, I was able to reach the national stage (which was based in Tlaxcala) in which I represented Oaxaca. In my second participation, I again reached the national stage (held in Morelos), where I managed to obtain a bronze medal. From then on I continued to participate, making an effort and learning many things.

In September 2021, I participated for the first time in the Physics Olympiad held by the UABJO, where I failed to advance to the national stage; but it did help me to prepare myself, and months later, in November, to participate in the Autumn Olympics (organized by CARMA at an international level (where Mexico and Peru mainly participate)) and obtain the first place with a Gold medal.

My most recent achievement was on December 21, 2021, where through long participation (from October to December), I managed to obtain the highest score at the national level in Mexico in the IYMC international competition ((concealed information)

Currently, I am still preparing to continue participating and obtaining good results. This year (2022) I look forward to participating in the Computer Science Olympiad, Physics Olympiad, and Mathematics Olympiad, among many others.

I decided to teach for several reasons, which I can summarize as follows. Since I was little I have liked teaching and supporting others. In addition, I would like to support the development of my community through teaching (every month I go to a primary or secondary school, to offer them a free program, in which for a month, I will give classes to the children with the greatest problems (to help them and solve their doubts), and the most gifted children, to prepare them and guide them on a good path from a young age), and to be able to sustain this and myself, I require money, so this option seemed very good to me.

I sincerely hope that you are not afraid of my age, I suggest you accept the free class to get to know me, and above all to know my way of working, I am confident that you will like it.

About the lesson

I consider that the classes I offer are very enjoyable with the students. I always try to understand them and adapt to their methods of understanding and study.
I focus mainly on teaching elementary, middle, and high school students.
Currently, I don't have a teaching degree, but I do have experience; I have given private classes to many people, and public (free) classes in more than one school.

I give classes because I am interested and I really like living with people, and especially the to be able to support them in what they need.
I consider that one of the best ways to be able to support my community is by imparting knowledge.
Likewise, the classes that I teach are a livelihood for me, to be able to acquire my school tools, courses, improve as a teacher and person, and in this way, be able to continue helping others in a better way.

I sincerely hope that my young age does not disappoint you, I am sure that if you take a class with me, you'll want to save the next one ;).
