Amazing and 5 stars I had a coaching session with Siania due to a block I had around tech.

I had built up a resistance around tech and felt very stressed and overwhelmed with it.

I would often feel so stressed just by sitting down at my desk, the thing is I had all the tools within but in this session Siania was able to help me get some solid structure and a plan on how I would deal with overwhelm.

She was able to quickly help me find the root cause of how I was feeling and where it came from and I had a huge breakthrough or two within the session.
