Traditional hatha yoga classes with focus on breathing. Active flows and slower flows. Practices suitable for everyone. Lessons for beginners on the basics of Vinyasa yoga, more dynamic lessons with sequences designed to work in various areas of the body. Yin yoga, a more passive practice that stimulates the body's meridians. Yin and yang classes with active and passive asanas.
