About Ayuryog
I hold a B.Sc. in Yogic Science, along with 900-hour and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certifications, and learning and teaching Iyengar yoga since 2012, making my foundation deeply rooted in both traditional and scientific aspects of Yoga. As an expert in Yoga Therapy, I specialize in designing customized practices for all age groups and body types — whether you seek relief from stress, postural correction, flexibility improvement, or recovery from specific ailments. In addition to Yoga, I’m also a Certified Acupuncture Therapist and Bandha-Chikitsa Therapist, allowing me to integrate powerful healing techniques that balance energy channels and accelerate physical and emotional recovery.
