About Charlie

Hi, I am Charlie Yazarlou, an 18 year old female singer/songwriter/ guitarist based in Leeds. I perform and record in an upcoming Indie Rock band. I taught myself guitar as I felt the constraints of a classroom very frustrating and not beneficial. This is why I have created Starting Line, guitar lessons for beginners of all genres in the comfort of home, whether that be yours or mine. I can offer students a relaxed learning experience where they notice progression in their playing.

About the lesson

PROVIDING PEOPLE OF ALL AGES WITH GUITAR LESSONS IN COMFORT WITHOUT THE FEAR OF STARTING ALONE BUT ALSO WITHOUT THE PRESSURE OF A CLASSROOM OR THE BOREDOM OF BOOKS! MY MAIN FOCUS IS FOR THE STUDENT TO NOTICE THEIR PROGRESSION AND SPECIFICALLY IN THE SONGS THEY WANT TO LEARN. INCLUDING THE FUNDAMENTALS OF GUITAR SUCH AS CHORDS, STRUMMING, TUNING, MAINTENANCE AND VOCABULARY!
