About Ross
As an ESL tutor with 12 years of experience, I have successfully guided around 150 High School and College students toward becoming more confident English communicators. My passion is helping students overcome language barriers while creating an enjoyable learning experience that encourages continuous growth and self-confidence.
My teaching philosophy is based on personalized instruction because every learner progresses differently. I carefully prepare lessons that strengthen grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing using practical examples, engaging discussions, and interactive learning activities.
I encourage students to communicate freely, ask questions confidently, and practice consistently. Mistakes are viewed as opportunities to learn, and regular feedback helps students recognize their progress while improving weaker areas.
Seeing students become confident English speakers and achieve better academic results is the most rewarding part of my profession. Besides ESL, I teach Spoken English, English Grammar, Academic Writing, Reading Skills, Vocabulary Development, Business English basics, and Communication Skills. My mission is to help learners build practical English skills that support success throughout their education and future careers.

My teaching approach encourages students to learn English through meaningful practice rather than memorization alone. Guided by flexibility, empathy, compassion, communication, and collaboration, I create personalized lessons that help students develop confidence and practical communication skills.
I carefully assess each student's learning needs before preparing lessons that combine grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Practical tasks help students understand how English is used in real-life situations.
Flexibility enables me to adapt lessons according to student progress and interests. I include discussions, writing activities, reading materials, role-playing, and multimedia resources to maintain motivation and improve understanding.
Empathy and compassion help students feel comfortable participating in every lesson. I provide supportive guidance, encourage independent thinking, and celebrate every improvement.
Communication is developed through storytelling, presentations, debates, collaborative learning, and interactive conversations that improve fluency and confidence.
Besides ESL, I also teach English Grammar, Spoken English, Business English, Academic English, Vocabulary Development, Reading Skills, Writing Skills, Communication Skills, English Literature, and Public Speaking. My aim is to prepare students for success in school, work, and daily life.
