About Moh
I'm a native English and French speaker from Montreal who went to elementary and high school in French and from then on in English. I have a Masters degree in English Literature and Critical Theory from the University of Edinburgh (UK), with an undergraduate degree in Bio-Physics and English Literature from Concordia University (Montreal).
I've worked with kids since the age of 14, so for almost 15 years, in a variety of roles (camp counsellor, tutor, swim instructor, camp coordinator) and have also taken on on average 12 internships a year where I teach cegep and university students Marketing, Accounting, etc.

I believe teaching and tutoring is most effective when you first understand that everyone is unique and learns and grasps things in a unique way!
My process is to conduct an initial interview - FREE OF CHARGE - so as to assess the students needs and expectations as well as their parents if that's the case. It's also important to me to take the time to present myself and establish a rapport with my student and understand what ways they learn best (whether visual, spacial, verbal, tactile, etc.).
Once we've established that we'd like to work together, I tailor a lesson plan to help my student accomplish their goals and we set off on the journey together!
