About Daver

I’m a chemistry graduate who is passionate about math and helping others succeed. I specialize in breaking down complex concepts into simple, step-by-step explanations tailored to each student’s learning style. My goal is to build confidence, improve understanding, and make math feel more approachable and less intimidating.

About the lesson

My teaching methods are demonstrating to my fellow student explaining and going through examples of a specific mathematical topic. I then present assignments and/or projects to ensure students are understanding what have been demonstrated and finally the discussion of given assignment and/or projects so they may understand where they went wrong and try again.

Daver’s gentle and thoughtful tutoring approach towards getting my son to excel in pre-calculus after he was on the verge of quitting, allowed me great confidence in her abilities to help others who might need help also. I am so happy I chose her.

She is an outstanding tutor and is very attentive to the needs of her students, just the way she was with my brother and helped him understand different topics better.
