My yoga classes are designed for both adults and kids, creating a calm, positive, and beginner-friendly space for everyone. The sessions focus on improving flexibility, posture, strength, balance, relaxation, and overall well-being through gentle yoga, mindful movement, and breathing practices. For adults, the classes help reduce stress, improve mindfulness, and bring balance to both the body and mind. For children, I create fun and engaging yoga sessions that help improve focus, confidence, flexibility, creativity, and relaxation in a playful and supportive way. Each class is guided step-by-step with patience and care so students can feel comfortable, confident, and connected to themselves throughout their journey.
