My name is Patrick Jesenko and I am a qualified mental trainer. I accompany people on their exciting journey and support them in a wide variety of areas, e. B. Strengthening of self-confidence, identifying one's own strengths and goals, coping with and preventing stress, mindfulness & awareness

Sure, definitely! Due to its versatile applicability, mental training is suitable for everyone. As different as the approaches and methods of mental training can be, the goal is ultimately always the same: We want to get to know ourselves better and feel better!

What can you expect? We get to know each other in a free initial consultation. It is particularly important to me that you feel comfortable and that you want to work with me on your issue. As part of our casual meeting, you tell me in which areas I can support you. Then we will work out a plan how we will address your issue together.
