About James
I am a Senior in college at Miami University studying Mechanical engineering. Despite being only 22, I have worked in the district in my home since 2021. This includes being a TA for kids with special needs and a Tutor for at risk youth. Through all of this I have never had a student who hasn't learned the material they required. More importantly, they are always better equipped for solving problems in all course work.

I have worked as a tutor for years and have also been a TA for kids with special needs in a elementary school. With this being said, I understand that every student learns differently and may need different speeds. Solving stem problems is like putting together a puzzle. I like to see what pieces a student has, and then I am able to help fill in from there. A students confidence is also very important, so I believe in being very positive and encouraging regardless of their proficiency. I can teach lessons for any math or physics course K-12 as well as some CAD classes for any aspiring engineers.
