Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, A Business Management Graduate. Presently Involved in Project management. I do not have any commercial reasons for doing it. Want to make children understand basics of Math and take their fear away, if my little effort can make things better for a child I will be happy.

I believe in making the foundation strong, automatically the building will be strong. I do not give lot of home work, but i expect the given work is completed. Parents should also get involved collectively we can bring a change. I will be methodical, there will be a weekly plan which we shall follow. Most important is how much the child can absorb. Some times conventional ways do not work so I think differently to make children understand.

Details
I beleive in helping people, what ever you want to pay you can if you can't that is also fine. A child should be taught in such a way that it is more of fun, learning is much more when there is no pressure.
