About Marcel
I'm Marcel, 25 years old and an MBA student at the Open University. I lived in Cambridge (UK) for 7 years and improved my English skills through my studies, work and social life.
My experience in the UK has made me appreciate the importance of language skills - something I am keen to share with other pupils and students.
Professionally, I work in customer service management, where I communicate with colleagues and customers in English on a daily basis.
