I like to see what they need work on in the first lesson. I will see where their weaknesses are and what they need to improve on and will bridge out from there. The following lessons will focus on those areas needing improvement starting with the basics, leading into consistency. I will come to the lesson prepared with questions for them to solve based on their skill.
