I analyse the student and then focus more on his weakness and fear for the topic. I make use of daily life problem situations to induce interest in students by making them believe that the method of solving problem is important. This is quite unconventional because it not only helps student to solve problem but also gain psychological win over his/her fears for topics of subject.
Also, I'll give all types of examples to the student so that everything in question paper seems familiar to him/her.
Personally, I think that good quality education should not be expensive so I charge minimal amount.
