About MANISHA

I am a maths educator teaching senior classes from last 24 years and want to make maths easier for everybody. I Identify areas of improvement while working with students and effectively guide them to improve their performance consistently.I help the students to identify their own potential to succeed and the strategies needed to approach maths effectively.
I try my best to keep up with the best practices in math education and regularly incorporates them into my instruction to help all of my students learn. I also use multiple ways to solve problems and use those alternate strategies to help struggling students grasp difficult concepts. My lesson plans engage students and help them feel confident in their mathematical abilities.
To generate interest in the students, I took the initiative three year back to make maths easy by creating modules which were visually appealing as well as thorough in their ways of imparting knowledge. These modules were appreciated and recognized by CBSE Chairperson.

About the lesson

I have done M.Sc. in Mathematics and completed my B.Ed.degree too.I am teaching Mathematics to the students of classes IX, X and XI from last 24 years. The goal of my life is to produce students who are not afraid of intellectual risks and produce globally engaging outcomes from their complete understanding of mathematics.
While teaching I do not take the "because I said so" approach or play the role of a know-it-all. Instead, I serve as a facilitator of learning, providing students with the knowledge and tools to solve problems and then encouraging students to solve them on their own. When students answer a problem incorrectly, I do not allow them to quit. I encourage students to figure out where they went wrong and to keep working at the problem until they get the correct answer, providing support and guidance where needed.
Students learn in different ways, and I understand that. I try my best to keep up with the best practices in math education and regularly incorporates them into my instruction to help all of my students learn. I also understand there may be multiple ways to solve problems and uses those alternate strategies to help struggling students grasp difficult concepts. My lesson plans engage students and help them feel confident in their mathematical abilities.
