About Prof Jan

I am a professor. I taught private maths lessons since 1971. All levels. Usually through group classes. Some learners achieved outstanding results. I also prepared learners to write maths olimpiades. I have been a chief judge at the Escom Science expo.

I usually teach group classes. I ask learners to show me any mathematics problem that they find difficult. With my experience I then guess what background information they lack. I then teach the background information to show that 'all sums are easy'.
