About Heidi
Hi, my name is Heidi. I'm 27 years old, and I grew up around Kent and London. When picking my options for A-levels, I discovered and fell in love with psychology. My aim is to become an educational psychologist and I am excited to be currently pursuing my master's in Educational and Developmental Psychology at the University of Kent. Throughout my career, I've gained a large amount of experience working with children from a range of backgrounds. This includes working as a Special Educational Needs teacher in Kent and London, as well as my most recent role as a Kindergarten teacher in Thailand. These experiences have enabled me to gain experience with children with a wide range of needs and backgrounds. Furthermore, they've given me the opportunity to get to know many fantastic little ones, each with unique skills and unlimited untapped potential. It's been an absolute privilege to work with all these fantastic children and young adults. As an aspiring educational psychologist, I'm incredibly passionate about using my experience to help all children thrive and reach their full potential.

I have experience teaching maths from pre-primary to foundation GCSE level. I have experience teaching in both mainstream and SEN school. My goal when teaching is to work alongside you to identify your strengths as well as your areas of need. This allows me to tailor the sessions to your individual needs so we can get the most out of the time. I would typically teach in 1 hour sessions but lesson length can be tailored to match your needs and schedule.
