About Dhruv

I'm currently a student at Sixth Form in Kent, doing the IB. I've lived in India, Belgium and now here in the UK, where I strongly believe in internationalism and all-rounded learning, and I can do so especially well due to my experiences; they help me understand a wide range of people and their needs. Alongside my academics, I'm also a Grade 8 violinist, having learnt for ten years, which adds to my ability to think broadly and creatively, to get the best possible outcome. Because of my life experiences, I'm a quick learner and very quick to adapt to different people's personalities. I absolutely love teaching and have aspirations to become a teacher: I believe teachers are the foundation of society, and tutors are their natural extension.

About the lesson

I ensure my tutoring is tailored to every individual's needs: listening is extremely important to me. I also like to make learning fun; I don't believe only using traditional learning methods is something that works for most students. Analogies and games are my best friend. While I don't have formal tutoring experience, I am the go-to for peers when our teachers are having an off-day! I'm available to tutor for Years 7 to 11, including Further Maths GCSE.
