My method is study less, with greater intensity. It is divided in five steps. 1) Pre-reading with focusing in the main concepts of the subjects, 2) Spaced practice which we can enhanced ours skills, 3) Self-questioning, after study a chapter we must ask ourself some questions about it, 4) Summarise with a brain storming to find a conclusion for a specific problem by gathering a list of ideas spontaneously contributed by its members, 5) Reflecting and repeat in front of a mirror.
