About Alonso

I'm a Psychology student with experience on teaching ranging from literacy projects and peer tutoring, to private classes and work experience at a language school as an English and Spanish teacher. I have a passion for teaching and as pedagogue Paulo Freire says, I believe that when teaching, knowledge is created for both the teacher and the student.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching is based on a combination of the pedagogical ideas of Paulo Freire and the International Baccalaureate method. This means that the classes are as personalized as possible in order to meet the specific needs of the student and their context, while also having rigor. My method is best adapted for adults, high school and middle school students, however it can be adapted for children.
