About Shell
I am a dedicated educator with a passion for fostering learning and growth in students of all ages. Holding a Master of Education in Adult Education and Community Development from the University of Toronto St. George, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Alberta, I bring a diverse academic background to my teaching practice. In my role as a K-12 Teacher at Canadian primary private school, I have honed my ability to simplify complex concepts, maintain clear communication with students and parents, and develop strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills among young learners. Additionally, my experience as an English Tutor at one Tutoring School in Toronto allowed me to effectively support primary students and ESL learners in English reading and grammar. Furthermore, as a Teaching Assistant at Action for Healthy Communities in Alberta, I provided valuable assistance in teaching basic computer operations and language translation for adult students.
