About Sophia
I completed my Ph.D. in Mathematics at UC Berkeley and have been tutoring math in the Bay Area for 8 years. As a former lecturer at a local community college, I taught both remedial math and upper-division courses. I also coach a program for underrepresented students preparing for math competitions. I offer flexible scheduling, including early morning and late evening sessions, and I’m certified in teaching secondary and adult learners.
