About Roger

I taught high school math for 6 years and also hold an MBA. I am comfortable tutoring in general math, Algebra I, Geometry and Trigonometry. I desire to work with students online and I have the equipment to do so.

About the lesson

My teaching method are experienced based with heavy student participation. I highly welcome ON-LINE students who can share visuals (I.e. Skype). Testing will be used to reveal understanding and need for return to problem areas. Emphasis will be to identify students initial understanding of the concepts at hand, followed by proceeding at a rate conducive to the individual’s ability.
I have 12 years of experience in Education (6 years as the Personel Director for Centerville City Public Schools), 10 years in Business Information Technology and 19 years in a dual role as Manager of IT and HR. In the HR role I taught Teaming to all management and associates.
