About Tristan

English I’m a first-year university student in Electrical Engineering. Like many students, I used to struggle with math and physics at first concepts seemed abstract and overwhelming. With time, practice, and the right explanations, I learned how to break problems down and finally understood them. Because I’ve been through those same challenges, I know how frustrating it can feel. That’s why I want to help others: to show that math and physics can actually become clear (and even enjoyable!) with the right approach. I’m patient, approachable, and I enjoy finding different ways to explain concepts until everything makes sense. Français Je suis étudiant en première année de génie électrique à l’université. Comme beaucoup d’élèves, j’ai moi aussi eu de la difficulté en maths et en physique au début les notions semblaient abstraites et compliquées. Avec du temps, de la pratique et de bonnes explications, j’ai appris à décomposer les problèmes et à enfin les comprendre. Puisque j’ai traversé ces mêmes difficultés, je sais à quel point ça peut être décourageant. C’est justement pour ça que je veux aider d’autres étudiants : montrer qu’avec la bonne approche, les maths et la physique deviennent beaucoup plus claires (et parfois même intéressantes!). Je suis patient, à l’écoute, et j’aime trouver différentes façons d’expliquer les notions jusqu’à ce que tout devienne logique.

About the lesson

English My lessons are adapted to each student’s level and needs. I start by identifying what concepts are unclear, then I explain them step by step with simple examples. I encourage questions and work through practice problems together, so the student gains confidence and real understanding. Typical session structure: Quick review of what the student is struggling with. Clear explanation using easy-to-follow steps. Practice exercises together. Summary and key points to remember. I aim to make math and physics less intimidating by breaking down problems into logical steps and showing different approaches until it “clicks.” Français Mes cours sont adaptés au niveau et aux besoins de chaque élève. Je commence par identifier les notions qui posent problème, puis je les explique étape par étape avec des exemples simples. J’encourage les questions et je fais des exercices pratiques avec l’élève afin de renforcer la compréhension et la confiance. Structure typique d’une séance : Bref retour sur les difficultés de l’élève. Explication claire et progressive. Exercices pratiques faits ensemble. Résumé et points clés à retenir. Mon objectif est de rendre les maths et la physique moins intimidantes, en décomposant les problèmes en étapes logiques et en proposant différentes approches jusqu’à ce que ça devienne clair.
