About Agin
I’m a mathematics major with hands-on engineering experience from university solar-vehicle projects (battery pack design, composites, and suspension optimization). I combine rigorous theory with practical insight, so students see both the “why” and the “how.” I’ve supported classmates in calculus, linear algebra, complex analysis, probability, and coding theory by breaking problems into clear steps and building strong intuition before formal proofs. I’m organized, punctual, and prepared; every session comes with a brief plan and a concise recap of progress and next steps. I’m approachable and patient, but I’ll challenge you just enough to grow. If you’re aiming to boost grades, master fundamentals, or connect math to real engineering, you’ll get structured lessons, honest feedback, and steady support from someone who genuinely cares about your success.

I teach concept-first, proof-second. We start by building intuition with diagrams, simple models, and real engineering examples, then connect that intuition to formal definitions and theorems. I use quick diagnostics to find gaps, ask guiding questions (Socratic style), and finish with targeted practice and a clear study plan.
A typical 60–90 minute lesson: 1) quick check-in and goals, 2) concise concept walkthrough with visualizations, 3) guided examples that fade scaffolding, 4) independent problem-solving with feedback, 5) five-minute recap plus a custom worksheet. Between sessions, you’ll get spaced-repetition drills and exam strategies.
What sets me apart: I’m a math major who also engineers real systems (solar-car batteries, composites, suspension). That means I can translate calculus, linear algebra, complex analysis, probability, and coding theory into concrete, memorable applications—so ideas stick.
Who it’s for: high-school and university students, competition prep, and student design teams who want stronger modeling, optimization, and reliability skills. Whether you’re rebuilding fundamentals or pushing for top grades, lessons are patient, structured, and tailored to your goals.
