About Amanpreet

As a dedicated and experienced educator, I take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in every aspect of my teaching. I am a registered teacher in New Zealand with a Master’s degree in Mathematics and over a decade of experience in both local and international classrooms. My lessons are well-planned, goal-oriented, and delivered in a supportive environment that encourages questions and builds confidence. I understand the trust parents and students place in a tutor, and I strive to earn that trust through clear communication, consistency, and a genuine commitment to student success. Whether your goal is to catch up, keep up, or get ahead, you can be assured of a professional learning experience every step of the way.

About the lesson

I am a Master’s-qualified mathematics teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience—5 years as a registered teacher in New Zealand and 5 years in India. I offer personalized, engaging lessons for students from Year 1 to Year 13, either face-to-face in Papatoetoe or online. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex concepts, using real-life examples, and adapting to each student's learning style to build confidence and mastery. Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and include concept explanation, guided practice, independent problem-solving, and review. I support learners of all abilities, from those needing extra help to students preparing for NCEA or aiming to excel academically.
