About Payal
Hi, I’m Payal! I have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering and a Master’s degree in Applied Computing. I have always enjoyed mathematics, physics, and problem-solving, and I especially like helping others understand concepts that initially seem difficult. I’m patient, approachable, and believe that students should feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes while learning. My goal is not just to help students find the right answer, but to help them understand how and why they reached it. I work with primary and secondary school students and adapt my explanations and pace to each student’s individual needs. Whether a student needs help strengthening their fundamentals, preparing for a test, or simply becoming more confident in a subject, I aim to make learning clear, engaging, and enjoyable.

I believe students learn best when they understand the “why” behind a concept rather than simply memorizing formulas. My teaching approach is patient, structured, and adapted to each student’s level and learning style. I break difficult topics into smaller, easy-to-understand steps and use examples, visual explanations, and practice problems to build confidence.
A typical lesson begins with a quick review of previous concepts, followed by an explanation of the new topic and guided examples. We then work through problems together before moving toward independent practice, with time to review mistakes and clarify questions.
With a background in Computer Science and Applied Computing, I bring a strong logical and problem-solving approach to mathematics and related subjects. I offer lessons for primary and secondary school students in mathematics, algebra, geometry, statistics, and physics, and I can also help students prepare for tests, complete practice problems, strengthen fundamentals, or catch up on challenging topics.
