About Sara

Hi! I’m an experienced Mathematics tutor with 7+ years of teaching experience. I hold a BSc in Double Mathematics and an MSc in Statistics, and I’m passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals.

I’m a punctual, dedicated, and patient teacher who believes that every student can succeed with the right guidance and support. I work with both High School and University students and enjoy making Mathematics clear, approachable, and enjoyable to learn.

My teaching experience covers Mathematics, Algebra, Calculus, Arithmetic, Functions, Advanced Functions, Trigonometry, Geometry, Statistics, Probability, and more.

I’m easy to communicate with and always encourage students to ask questions and share their difficulties. My goal is not only to help students improve their results, but also to develop strong mathematical thinking and confidence that lasts beyond the classroom.

About the lesson

I believe Mathematics becomes much more approachable when students understand the ideas behind the formulas instead of simply memorizing them. With 7+ years of teaching experience, I help High School and University students develop a clear understanding of Mathematics while building the confidence and problem-solving skills they need to succeed.

My lessons cover Mathematics, Algebra, Calculus, Arithmetic, Functions, Advanced Functions, Trigonometry, Geometry, Statistics, Probability, and more. Whether you are learning a topic for the first time, struggling with a difficult concept, preparing for an exam, working through assignments, or looking to strengthen your overall mathematical foundation, I adapt each lesson to your individual needs.

How I Teach
I begin by understanding your current level, learning goals, and the areas where you feel less confident. This helps me identify any gaps or misunderstandings that may be making a topic difficult.
From there, I break complex concepts into smaller, logical steps and explain them in a clear and intuitive way. I do not want you to simply follow a solution — I want you to understand why each step works and how you can apply the same reasoning to other problems.

Throughout the lesson, I use carefully selected examples and guided problem-solving. I ask questions that encourage you to think through the problem yourself, rather than immediately giving you the answer. Once you understand the method, you get the opportunity to solve problems independently while I provide guidance whenever needed.

Whether you are starting from the basics or working on advanced University-level Mathematics, each lesson is designed to make the subject clearer, more manageable, and more rewarding to learn.
