About Fionn
Hi! I'm Fionn, a professional music producer, studio engineer, mix engineer, and mentor. I offer one-to-one mentoring and tuition in person in East London and online.
I have over 10 years of professional and educational experience, with 2 degrees in Music from The University of Cambridge (2:1) and Goldsmiths UoL (Distinction). I am currently an Assistant Engineer at Goldsmiths Music Studios, and run my own independent Music Studio in East London.
I offer bespoke tutoring in music production, recording engineering, mix engineering and songwriting, depending on what you need from each session, building towards long-term goals and increasing your capability and skill. Whether you're looking to build your recording or producing skills, improve on your mixes, or get better at producing your own music for release, I would be happy to offer long-term support to help you achieve your goals.

Music Production is both a creative art form and a science. You need to understand the basics of engineering before you start working with advanced production techniques.
Through our lessons, we will combine technical tuition with creative process - from the use of studio outboard to plugins, MIDI instruments to FX, Gain Staging to EQ, to the more complex conversations around arrangement, sound design, production aesthetic and mixing.
Whether you're a beginner looking to understand the basics, or an advanced learner looking to improve your productions, I can help you from start to finish to get your songs ready for release.
